Our mission

The mission of Our Giving Community is to promote excellence in workplace giving funds, federations and charities that are working for charitable choice in order to leverage the growth of philanthropy to improve the human condition and protect the environment.

OGC achieves this mission by:

• Providing leadership development, training, and technical assistance for workplace giving and nonprofit professionals and volunteers
• Disseminating knowledge and best practices about the workplace giving field
• Issuing standards of conduct and public accountability for workplace giving organizations
• Providing financial services to its members and secruing capital for loans and direct investment to increase the capacity of its members
